1. Use of the App

The App is provided to allow users to view, manage, and interact with PDF files stored locally on their device.

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, modify, or attempt to disrupt the App
• Not use the App in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations

2. User Content

• All PDF files remain on your device
• We do not upload, access, or store your documents
• You are fully responsible for the content you view or manage using the App

3. Advertisements

The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob.

• Ads may be shown at natural breaks within the App
• Ad frequency may vary depending on user interaction
• Ads are disabled for users with an active subscription

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional subscription to remove ads.

• Subscriptions are managed via Superwall and the Google Play Store
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers
• We do not store payment or billing information

Subscription terms (price, duration) are displayed before purchase.

5. Push Notifications

The App may send notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

• Notifications are used for app-related updates only
• You can disable notifications at any time via device settings

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including:

• Design
• Branding
• Logos
• Code

are owned by Mehar IT Hub and protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including:

• Google AdMob
• Firebase
• Superwall

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free
• The App will be uninterrupted
• Files will always be accessible due to device or system limitations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mehar IT Hub shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental damages
• Data loss on your device
• Issues caused by third-party services

Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access to the App
• Modify or discontinue features
